All cases start with a first (and free) meeting, online, by phone or physical, whatever you prefer. You plan in this meeting when it suits you, regardless if that’s during/after the office hours or in the weekend.
During this meeting, we discuss your situation and you get a first preliminary advice for your case. Next, we discuss how everything works and what you can expect in the future.
Do we come to the conclusion that you don’t need a lawyer (yet), then we are happy to have helped. In case you do need a lawyer, we give you a clear price quote. You can either agree with this on the spot or think about it for a while. Should you decide to move forward, you get the contract by e-mail, you sign it and we start working immediately.
The first meeting is completely free, no strings attached.

At the start of your case, you get a clear image about the worst-case legal costs. This is transparently and neatly divided for each stage of the case. You therefore have a clear indication how much it will cost should you go trial.

You chose whether you prefer a fixed fee or a maximum fee. This way, you never pay more than what you agreed to and know exactly what to expect.
Do you have liability insurance or experience financial difficulties, Advopro might still be able to help depending on your case. With a liability insurance, your case is most likely almost completely covered by your insurance company and Advopro will take over all the hassle for you.

In case you want to meet or talk with your lawyer, you can just plan in the meeting yourself. This way, you can talk extensively with your lawyer on the same day, in the evening or in the weekend, when and where it suits you.
If you rather mail, you will get a response within a business day.
Advopro provides you a clear image of what’s going on throughout your case. You will be informed with the specific deadlines so you always know what is going on.
Should there be new developments, you will be proactively informed about it. You will never have to mail your lawyer to ask what’s happening. This way, you only have to reach out should you have news yourself or you have questions about the case.
